Olive flounder Avocado Enshilada

Ingredients (Makes 4 servings)

Olive flounder 100g, Butte 30g, flour 1 1/2Ts, low-fat milk 300ml,
1small lemon (for juice), 2 small avocadeos, 4 sheets of flour tortilla, salt, pepper

Recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. Melt the butter in a samll pot. Put flour and stir quickly. Pour milk into the pot little by little and mix.
3. When 2 boils, put a small amount of salt and pepper. Boil 2 minutes more.
4. Turn off the heat. Put lemon juice 2Ts in it and mix.
5. Slice avocados. Sprinkle left lemon juice on it.
6. Put olive flounder fillet on the tortilla. After it, put avocade. Wrap and put on a heat resisting plate.
7. Sprinkle sauce 4 on enchilada.
8. Put enchilada in the oven to bake for 20 min. Eat when it is warm.
